4. Orders and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD/AED and are subject to change without notice.
Payment: We accept Credit Card / Cash / Wire transfer. Payment must be received before the shipment of any products.
Order Confirmation: We will send an email confirmation once your order has been received and processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At The Key Trade, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the process of returns and exchanges as smooth and transparent as possible.
6.1. Change of Mind
If your item is in perfect working condition but doesn’t quite match your preferences, we offer flexible options:
6.1.1 Exchange: You may exchange your item within 2 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
6.1.2 Return & Refund: You may return the item within 2 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund, excluding the original delivery fee.
Note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cases are the customer's responsibility and will be charged at the same shipping rates.
6.2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’ll take full responsibility:
6.2.1. Replacement: We’ll promptly send a replacement item at no extra cost.
6.2.2. Refund: If preferred, we’ll issue a full refund using your original payment method.
6.2.3. Shipping Costs: The Key Trade will cover all return and re-delivery fees for defective products.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
6.3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 15 days of received the returned item using the same payment method as the original purchase.
6.4. Delivery Inspection Bonus
We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery. If a defect is noticed immediately, you may return the item directly to the delivery driver for an instant exchange.
6.5. Hygiene & Safety Policy
For the health and safety of our customers, any product classified as a personal hygiene item and related products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6.6. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
6.6.1. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
6.6.2. Items returned after 2 days from delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Key Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
